| February, 2021 | Kakuyasu Group acquired all shares of Meiwa Bussan Co.,Ltd. |
| March, 2022 | Dangami Co., Ltd. and Sannoh Co., Ltd. merged and the company name was changed to Dangami Sannoh Co., Ltd. |
