Representative Director, President and CEO
Yoshiyuki Maegaichi was appointed a Director of Hitomile (formerly Kakuyasu Group Co., Ltd.) in 2020, and took on the role of President in June 2023. He has extensive expertise in corporate finance and accounting supported by a wealth of experience, and also possesses solid knowledge of corporate management.
Kimikazu Kirihara
Directors and COO
Kimikazu Kirihara was appointed a Director of HitoMile in 2023, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive knowledge of sales, operations, general affairs, and the liquor market. Before joining Kakuyasu in 2008, he gained experience at the Palace Hotel, and other establishments.
Junichiro Shinozaki
Director and CHRO
Junichiro Shinozaki was appointed a Director of HitoMile in 2023 and having Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for a wide variety of HR matters, where he was accountable for Human Resources strategy, talent management, remuneration, and compliance.
Yuuki Iinuma
Director and CDO
Yuuki Iinuma has a solid background in digital strategy, with experience in global business development and implementing of a SaaS-based delivery tracking service for a major domestic e-commerce company. Since 2023, he has served as a Director of the Kakuyasu subsidiary, overseeing areas including IT and marketing. In 2025, he was appointed a Director of HitoMile and csimultaneously serves as Chief Digital Officer.
Tomohiro Noda
Director and CFO
Tomohiro Noda was appointed a Director of Hitomile in 2025, serving as Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience in finance and accounting, including researching market trends, corporate policies, and medium-term plans, and providing business and financial consulting. He has also gained extensive experience as a director of our group company and other businesses across various industries.
Tomoya Kobayashi
Director and CSO
Tomoya Kobayashi was appointed a Director of Hitomile in June 2026, currently serving as CSO and a Director of Kakuyasu Co., Ltd. He has extensive experience in M&A, leading the group's medium-to-long-term strategies. His expertise will significantly contribute to the company's sustainable growth and the strengthening of management decision-making.
Takayuki Oshima
Outside Director
Takayuki Oshima was appointed an Outside Director of HitoMile in 2021 based on his extensive expertise in retail industry and corporate management. He previously served as Representative Director and President of Belc Corporation, a publicly listed supermarket chain mainly based in Saitama Prefecture.
Michiko Kitahara
Outside Director
Michiko Kitahara was appointed an Outside Director of Hitomile in June 2026. With her wealth of experience in brand strategy and marketing, she is expected to provide valuable advice for our growth. She will also serve on the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee to ensure objective and neutral oversight.
